Delivery methods and costs

Effects of withdrawal
If you cancel this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments received, including shipping costs (plus additional costs, assumed to have chosen a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days prior to receipt of the cancellation notice. We will make the refund within the payment method, which is assumed to be unused in the original business, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and which in such a way that this does not result from the costs incurred.
The goods must be returned to you without delay and no later than 14 days after the notification of cancellation. The deadline is simplified if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day deadline.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of any treatment other than that required to provide the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the delivery cost.
The used product has been lost or damaged during transport or does not correspond to the corresponding order, the notification error will be made no later than 14 days after writing to the address given in the Right of Cancellation and Return Proposal section or by calling the telephone number provided in the contact information. If the package is designed to be damaged in transit, choose to make a different complaint to the selected supplier to the carrier.
