SENDING IMAGES FOR PRINTING

Save a new folder with your name and images to be printed inside this folder. (Use only ZIP folder)

Or send images as individual images.

Image name in the format 001_30x40_firstname_lastname

001 = image number, 30 × 40 = image print size, your name without dashes

Only upload images in JPG, TIF, or ZIP file formats

Note that sending large files may take several minutes.

To send larger files, we recommend using www.wetransfer.com, www.dropbox.com (link) and other free pages.

Be sure to also place an order for your photos by e-mail production@luova.fi or call 09 8775 2991.

Files:

- The file must contain some color space, sRGB or Adobe RGB.

- Images saved in print size with desired cropping.

- Dpi 180 - 360, if necessary, we will enlarge the file with Blow-Up program.

- In the image to be primed, pay attention to the cutting margins.

- Image processing 40 euros for 1/2 hour.

Printouts:

Test prints 10 euros / piece (approx. 10 cm slice from the picture) will be refunded for the final order.

Images are printed without color corrections unless ordered separately.

For larger quantities, ask for a quote. (More than 10 large pictures)

Delivery time depends on our work situation.

You will normally receive printouts in 1-3 business days.

Primed prints approx. 1-5 working days.

Photo exhibitions approx. 5-7 working days.

Prices include VAT 24%.

We reserve the right to change prices.

Complaints must be submitted immediately upon receipt of the product.

Calibration:

If necessary, we lend our customers an X-Rite ColorMunki Spectrometer, which can be used to profile the screen of our own machine.
